This 5,400 square foot off-leash area is located in Kinnear Park at the foot of Queen Anne Hill where W Mercer Pl. joins Elliott Ave. W (enter the parking lot behind Queen Anne Upholstery, 904 Elliott Avenue, W.) This part of the park is often referred to as lower Kinnear Park.

Seattle Parks in-house landscape architects Joe Neiford and Frank Robinson designed the park, which includes a kiosk, natural feeling wooden fencing, wood chip surfacing, logs and rocks, a bench and native plantings on the adjacent hillside. The Seattle Conservation Corps (http://www.seattle.gov/parks/scc/) constructed the new OLA.

NOTE: There is no water source at the park, so you may want to bring some water with you.
